All services depend on Size, Temperament and Coat Condition.

The prices listed here are only a guide and not a quotation. Prices can be discussed during the check-in process however there can be additional requirements of grooming that will warrant extra charges. It is best to discuss with your stylist during the check-in procedure if you require setting a budget.

Considerations.

• All services depend on Size, Temperament and Coat Condition.
• We currently work with Small to Medium Sized breeds at the Day Spa.
• There are some breeds we are unable to cater for at the Day Spa. Examples - we do not service breeds like Malamute, Husky, Shepard, Samoyed, Chow Chow and some Giant Breeds.
• Other breeds bordering on the medium to large size can only be catered for if they exhibit good grooming manners and are groomed on a regular basis. We are happy to do an evaluation on their first visit to determine their suitability to our Day Spa.
• We highly encourage Puppy First Visits to the Salon to ensure a well behaved and trained dog for their grooming lifestyle and needs. We will allow large breeds for regular visits if they start their grooming life with us at this young age ( starting from 12 weeks of age ).
• Dogs that visit with knots are subject to short styles only. If you wish for Longer Styles and Breed Style Hair Cuts, ensure your dog is fully brushed prior their visit. For example A Straight-Tooth Comb needs to pass thorough their coat for Longer Styles and Breed Style Hair Cuts.
• We will not groom dogs that exhibit anxiety, excessive stress or aggressive behaviors.
• We do not groom dogs under sedation or that may require sedation.
• We will not groom dogs that would require grooming best suited in a veterinary environment.
