We are thrilled to share an important update about our salon management system. After careful consideration, we have decided to transition to a new, cutting-edge salon software to enhance your experience with us. This change will take effect on Monday, September 8, 2025.

Why the Change?

Our current salon software provider was recently acquired by another company, which introduced a new system that, after extensive trials, did not meet the high standards we set for our clients and operations. Fortunately, we’ve partnered with MoeGo, a leading pet care software provider, whose platform has proven to be an excellent fit for our needs following successful trials.

What This Means for You

During the transition period, from now until September 8, 2025, our client portal and online booking system will be temporarily unavailable.

Exciting New Features with MoeGo

We’re excited to introduce MoeGo’s innovative features, designed to make your experience with Puparazzi Day Spa even more seamless and convenient:

• Mobile-Centric Access: Unlike our previous email-based system, the new MoeGo platform is mobile-focused. You’ll log in using your mobile phone number, providing a single, streamlined point of contact for all communications, including appointment reminders and “ready for pickup” notifications.
  
  Important Note: Each client must register one mobile phone number as their primary contact for all communications.
  
  
• Pet Parent Portal: Access all your pet’s information, including upcoming and past appointments and special notes, anytime via the MoeGo Pet Parent Portal. This self-service portal empowers you to manage bookings effortlessly.
• Easy Online Booking: Book or reschedule appointments 24/7 through the portal, with the ability to update pet details during the booking process, ensuring we always have the most current information.
• Enhanced Communication: Receive personalized text or email reminders, rebooking prompts, and pickup notifications, keeping you informed every step of the way. MoeGo’s dedicated business line ensures reliable, A2P 10DLC-compliant messaging.
• Real-Time Updates: Stay informed with real-time updates on your pet’s status, from check-in to pickup, for greater transparency and peace of mind.

Getting Started

Once the new system goes live on September 8, we’ll send you an invitation link to register for the Pet Parent Portal using your mobile phone number. You can access the portal by visiting our website at www.puparazzi.pet, where you’ll find a link to log in. This will be your key to accessing all the exciting features MoeGo offers. If you have multiple pets, you can manage all their details under one account, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
